EP22: HALLOWEEN FRANCHISE BREAKDOWN

In the season 1 finale of Camp Nightmare, Jordan and JB welcome guest Mark McKittrick and breakdown the full Halloween franchise! This episode gets into John Carpenter's original classic, all the sequels, curse of the thorn and more. The boys defend their position on Rob Zombie's Halloween films as well as the enigmatic Halloween 3: Season of the Witch. We salute our Bloody Hero of the Week, the unstoppable Jamie Lee Curtis.

EP21: CAMP NIGHTMARE GOES TO THE DRIVE-IN!

Back on the road again! This time the boys pack up the Scooby-Doo van and head to the Circle Drive-In Theater for the NEPA Horror Film Festival. From outside the van, under the stars, Jordan and JB interview "Basket Case" star Kevin Van Hentenryck, fest director Bobby Keller, and our friend/FX artist/haunt coordinator Ryan Rader! Monster making, makeup effects, puppets, you name it.  Jordan and JB interview Oscar winning effects artist and creature actor Tom Woodruff Jr. (Alien films, Pumpkinhead, Monster Squad and more) to talk what it's like not only making monsters, but playing them on screen! The boys also lay out their plans for a Monster Squad based cop drama where the monsters solve crimes.

In this episode Jordan and JB leave the safety of escapist cinema behind in order to dive into the first volume of "True crime"! For this episode we focus on four real life monsters: Ted Bundy, Ed Gein, Jeffrey Dahmer and the Zodiac killer.  Their crimes, their personal lives, and their influence on our culture.
